Recirculating tank can be mounted in remote locations, protecting it from freezing and extreme temperatures

Liquid discharge can be set continuously or as a batch

Customized vertical or horizontal applications can be designed and fabricated with quick turnaround time

Venturi Style Scrubber also available

IPF Scrubbers can be constructed from PVC, Polypropylene, and Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic depending on the material needed to match the chemistry in the gas streams. These corrosion resistant materials are suitable for the treatment of acidic, caustic, as well as chlorinated and other chemical laden gas streams.

IPF Air Pollution Control equipment can be provided either with the necessary controls and instrumentation or without this equipment if the end user wishes to add the controls and instrumentation themselves as a cost saving measure.

IPF can provide air pollution control equipment in either vertical or horizontal flow arrangements. Venturi style is also available.

We generally need a minimum of 5 days to create a scrubber quote although budget numbers for simpler applications may be available on slightly shorter notice.

Air pollution Control equipment is not commodity equipment. A high degree of technical skill is needed to assess the air pollution control needs of your application and in the design and fabrication of equipment in the most cost efficient manner possible without sacrificing quality or reliability.

Furthermore, it is important to understand that for a scrubber project to be effective a buyer needs to evaluate the caliber and responsiveness of a vendor's customer service during and after installation as well as the quality education of plant personnel and equipment documentation.

Finally, the regulatory dimension of air control permits needs to be handled with a meticulous attention to detail and diplomatic skill.

For all these reasons this work should only be done by very experienced engineers and/or HVAC professionals who understand the typical benchmarks of removal efficiencies needed for specific gas streams and who can deliver on the removal efficiencies that are agreed upon in the quoting process.

We understand that price is a critical factor in the purchase decision for this equipment and we have found the right combination of price, value and quality.

IPF has a network of credentialed Chemical and Mechanical Engineers and HVAC professionals that we work with throughout the different regions of the country who are the best in their respective fields and industry sectors. Everyone on our team has a strong commitment to excellence.
